摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent high temperature heat water resistance and cathode electrolytic peeling resistance by sequentially laminating a chromate- treated layer, epoxy primer layer, modified polyolefin adhesive resin layer, and polyolefin anti-corrosive resin layer on a blast-treated steel material, and then applying it with pressure. SOLUTION: After a chromate-treated layer, epoxy primer layer, modified polyolefin adhesive resin layer and polyolefin anticorrosive resin layer of four layers are sequentially laminated on a surface of a steel material, pressure of 2atms or more is applied. The material is suitably purified on its outer surface in combination by shot blasting or sandblasting or pickling, alkali defatting. The chromate-treated layer is obtained by blade coating or air spraying the surface of the surface-purified material to coat it with treatments preferably so that adhering amount falls within a range of 50 to 1000mg/m<2> as overall chromium amount. The material coated with the four layer is applied by pressure of 2atms or more. An upper limit of the pressure is not particularly limited, but preferably 500atms or less from its economy.
