FIELD: rolled stock production, namely transmissions of drive mechanisms of rolling roll, transmissions of other heavy machines with skewed axes of joined shafts for torque transferring. SUBSTANCE: articulation joint assembly includes toothed sleeve, toothed holder with inner partition, cantilever axle, centering spherical bearing. Said toothed sleeve is mounted on stem of spindle. Axle is arranged in dead turning of spindle stem and it is pressed-in to said partition. Said bearing is in the form of sleeve mounted by running fit on said cantilever axle. Outer surface of sleeve is spherical one, it is joined with reciprocal surfaces of supporting and arresting bushes. Said bushes are mounted in said dead turning of spindle stem. EFFECT: improved design of joint assembly providing high quality of rolled metal and enhanced efficiency of rolling mill. 1 dwgl
