SOLUTION: A terminal 11 generates an operation command string that successively records an image operation which is performed with the terminal 11 by a doctor (12), and sends it together with image data which is used for the operation to a terminal 21 (13). The terminal 21 stores the received operation command string and the image data in a data buffer (24), and a doctor of the terminal 21 reads the operation command string when he is not busy and carries out an image operation that is performed by the doctor of the terminal 11 with the terminal 21.
