PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform normal image composite even when skew exists between composite object images. SOLUTION: A sample area that includes a marked point is set in one composite object image (S1). The sample area is transformed into aθ-r coordinate system and a 1st transformed area is generated (S2). A comparative area that includes the marked point is set (S3). The comparative area is transformed into aθ-r system of coordinates, and a 2nd transformed area is generated (S4). An correlation value of the 1st and 2nd transformed areas is calculated (S5), and whether both of them coincide the most is decided (S6). The angle coordinate of the 2nd transformed area is changed (S8), and S5 and 6 are repeated. After that, the comparative area is moved (S10), the processes are repeated, and the 1st and 2nd synthesis object images are synthesized based on position information and angle information (S12). |
