PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fine characteristics without a loss caused by the joint of conductors, to reduce the cost and to miniaturize. SOLUTION: A conductive material block 19 is formed in the form of that a common waveguide 1 and two waveguide filters 2 and 3 having the same height are connected on a face orthogonal to the polarization direction of the TE10 mode of the common waveguide 1. In these two waveguide filters 2 and 3, plural grooves are formed on its side face respectively. Then, a metal film 1 is coated on the full surface of that conductive material block 19 to form inductive irises 7 to 12 in those plural groove parts so as to provide plural TE101 mode resonators 14 and 15 which are cascade-connected to these two waveguide filters 2 and 3. |
