Spiral member 7 installed on axle 1 to serve as rigidity ribs forms simultaneously, together with axle 1, hinge pair links which couple posts 2 with stop 8. Member 7 has winding in opposite hands of helix from center and pitch decreasing from ends of axle 1 to its middle.
