TYRE FORMING METHOD

FIELD: tyre industry; forming of automotive tyres before vulcanization. SUBSTANCE: prior to forming, bead portions of tyres to be formed are preliminarily fixed by pneumatic expansion chambers installed on lower table and upper cylinder of tyre bagger. Compressed air at a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa is delivered into pneumatic chambers. Final forming of radial tyres is carried out without delivering compressed air into inner space of tyre. Rigid fastening of tyre beads at simultaneous pressing by expansion chambers is provided in process of tyre forming. EFFECT: prevention of violation of alignment of beads and bead rings in tyre beads, and tear-out of turned down layers of carcass in tyres with "open" bead. 3 cla
