The invention refers to a multifunctional ligand system which is not immunogen and transfer of specific nucleotide sequences of the cell. The system comprises at least a specific ligand of the target cell, at least a linker and at least a specific ligand of the gene construction, the specific ligand of the gene construction advantageously comprising an antibody, or a part of the same which directly or indirectly is joined to the gene construction. The invention also refers to ligand systems to prepare a pharmaceutical product or a vaccine for the treatment or the prevention of a skin disease of the mucous membrane of the nervous system, of internal organs, of blood coagulation, of the hematopoiesis system, of the immunizer system, of the musculature, of the support and joint tissues.
