METHOD FOR CLEANING OIL SLIMES AND GROUNDS

FIELD: cleaning of oil slimes and grounds at oil refineries and oil production fields. SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of oil slime with demulsifier, heating up to 40-50 C and settling to separate it into oil product and water phases, aqueous-silt suspension and mazuted mechanical impurities. Oil product phase is used as boiler fuel. Water fraction is directed to slime accumulator for washing out of bottom sediment. Aqueous-silt suspension is used as culture medium for growing of microorganisms. Mazuted mechanical impurities after their washing with hydrocarbon solvent and water steam are introduced into aqueous-silt suspension with grown microorganisms and at temperature of 30-35 C for 2-3 days are rendered harmful under aerobic conditions, and cleaned mechanical impurities (ground) are withdrawn.
