PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively arrange terminals for external connection and improve arrangement density of the terminals for external connection while characteristics such as strength of the terminals for external connection are excellently maintained, by continuously arranging the terminals for external connection on the surface of a wiring board, in such a manner that lines connecting centers of the terminals constitute aggregation of regular triangles. SOLUTION: Terminals 12 for external connection are so continuously arranged on a ceramic multilayered wiring board 10 constituting a PGA that lines connecting centers of the terminals 12 for external connection constitute aggregation of regular triangles. The terminals 12 for external connection can be so effectively arranged on the surface of the ceramic multilayered board 10 that the largest number of the terminals 12 for external connection exist in the unit area having the same gaps as a conventional case. As a result, strength of the terminals 12 for external connection can be excellently maintained, and the ceramic multilayered wiring board 10 wherein arrangement density of the terminals 12 for external connection is high can be provided. |
