PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided air conditioning equipment in which there is eliminated the need of matching the size of one sheet of a ceiling material and the size of an air outlet, and a diffusing apparatus can be installed at an arbitrary position in response to site conditions, and further there are ensured effectual prevention of draft, setting of an arbitrary air volume, and an adjustment of variations of the diffusing air volume by providing air direction adjusting means and air volume adjusting means. SOLUTION: The substantially entire surface of a ceiling member is constructed with a punching plate 10 to which air can be supplied, and a diffusing apparatus is connected with the upper surface of the ceiling member. There are provided on the diffusing apparatus air direction adjusting means constructed with an air passage 16d formed between a shielding plate 16a and a deflection plate 16b and the shielding plate 16a and the deflection plate 16b. |
