PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join two or more members with high strength, to form a high precise shape and to integrate with one time forming. SOLUTION: Other members 1a, 1b are integrated with a connecting member 2. An amorphous alloy having a supercooled liquid zone is used as the connecting member 2, heated up to the temperature of the supercooled liquid zone, pressed and formed with a forming die, and thereafter cooled. The composite member having excellent precision is manufactured owing to high strength and a high transcribing property the amorphous alloy provides. |
