PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cured film excellent in film properties by the exposure to an active energy ray. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. compsn. comprising 5-95wt.% N-methylol(meth) acrylamide and/or N-alkoxymethyl(meth)acrylamide and 5-95wt.% unsatd. resin having on average about at least one polymerizable double bond per molecule and a wt. average mol.wt. of 500-20,000 is compound with 0.1-10 pts.wt. triazine- based active energy ray-polymn. initiator having a halogen atom to give an active energy ray-curable resin compsn., which is applied to the surface of a substrate in a curved thickness of 1-50μm and cured by the exposure to an active energy ray.
