The bed warmer consists of a container (1) for hot water with a filler and stopper (3), and has a recess (6) in its upper surface for a hinged and telescopic support (2) with a protective cap (5) on its upper end. After the bed warmer has been filled with hot water and placed in the bed the telescopic mast is raised so that it lifts the bedclothes to allow the heat to diffuse.
