PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the production efficiency of overlay injection molding when overlay injection molding is performed by using a vertical injection molding apparatus for performing mold clamping and opening by raising and lowering one of a decorative mold and an injection mold which form an injection molding mold. SOLUTION: Two decorative molds 2A, 2B forming the decorative surface of a plastic molded product W are provided on a turntable 5 and set to a molding position Pf and a setting position Ps by revolving the turntable 5 by 180 deg.. The close bonding work of an overlay film F is performed to one of the decorative molds 2A, 2B set to the setting position Ps and the other one of the decorative molds 2B, 2A set to the molding position Pf is clamped to perform injection molding work and molded product taking-out work in parallel at the same time. In this case, since respective work times are almost equal, there is no wasteful standby time even at both setting and molding positions Ps, Pf and, therefore, production efficiency is enhanced. |
