PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for refrigerating cycle capacity improvement which achieves a higher performance and a prevention of a liquid refrigerant from returning to a compressor while enabling restricting of a higher pressure of the refrigerant during a high load period or the like by lowering the temperature of the refrigerant to an evaporator from a condenser while the temperature of the refrigerant is raised to the compressor from the evaporator. SOLUTION: In this upgraded capacity apparatus for a refrigerating cycle, the point the most noteworthy is the combination of drain water D from an evaporator 7 with a hear exchanger 5 to upgrade the capacity of the heat exchanger 5. A compressor 3 and a condenser 4 are arranged on the side of an engine room 12 of a vehicle and an evaporator 7 on the side of a car room 13. In this, moreover, the heat exchanger 5 is provided to perform a heat exchange between a refrigerant moving to the evaporator 7 form the condenser 4 and a refrigerant moving to the compressor 3 from the evaporator 7 while the drain water D is guided to the heat exchanger 5 from the evaporator 7. |
