PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film for packing fiber comprising a propylenic resin and a specific elastomer, having a strengths required for packaging fibers, such as breaking strength, excellent in flexibility, and little in unpleasant noises caused by the rubbing of the film. SOLUTION: This film for packaging fibers comprises 100 pts.wt. of a propylenic resin and 3-30 pts.wt. of an elastomer having a tanδpeak temperature of -10 to 25 deg.C in a dynamic viscoelasticity spetrum measured at a frequency of 100Hz. The tanδis originated from the rubber component. The film is preferably obtained by extruding from a T die a blend comprising 100 pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer having a melt flow rate of 0.5-10g/10min and an ethylene content of 3-4wt.% and 3-12 pts.wt. of styrene- isoprene block copolymer wherein the isoprene units of the polyisoprene block are bound in the form of 3, 4 bonds or the hydrogenation product of the block copolymer. |
