PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of developing excellent impact resistance while keeping transparency, by mixing a graft copolymer of polydiene-based rubber whose average particle diameter is enlarged to be in a specified range with a vinyl monomer, with a methacrylic ester-based resin. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 5-40wt.% graft copolymer obtained by subjecting (i) 30-85 pts.wt. rubber having a large particle diameter of 2,000-20,000Åagglomarated and enlarged by adding 0.1-15 pts.wt. an acid group-containing latex prepared by using specific four components to 100 pts.wt. diene-based rubber having 500-1200Åaverage particle diameter to emulsion polymerization with (ii) 15-70 pts.wt. vinyl monomer, which is copolymerizable therewith and (B) 60-95wt.% methacrylic ester-based resin. The acid group- containing latex is prepared by using an unsaturated acid, an alkyl acrylate, an alkyl methacrylate and a monomer having an ethylenic unsaturated bond at a specific ratio and polymerizing a monomer mixture having a low content of unsaturated acid and a monomer mixture having a high content of unsaturated acid in the order. |
