SOLUTION: Hydroxy or aminophenyl modified silicone oil being a reaction product of alcohol modified silicone oil and a hydroxy or amino substituted phenyl compd. represented by general formula (wherein X is a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a monoalkylamino group or a monoarylamino group) is used as an effective component. |
