A method for recording traceability data of a motor vehicle comprising the steps consisting of: - recording, at least once during an assembly of the vehicle and on a data medium arranged to be connected to a computer network, data relative to physical parameters of the vehicle - recording, on a data medium arranged to be connected to said computer network, data relative to said physical parameters of the vehicle after assembly of the vehicle and before delivery of the vehicle to a customer, - comparing, via the computer network, the data recorded during the assembly and after the assembly, - sending an alarm via the computer network if an inconsistency appears between the data recorded during assembly and after assembly. |
