PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple layer oriented molded product wherein interlayer adhesion after orientation to various kinds of materials has excellent adhesion within a broad range from ordinary temperature to a high temperature state. SOLUTION: A laminate of a layer A composed of 1-97 wt.% of modified ethylene andα-olefin polymer (a) wherein it is modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, its content is 0.01-20 wt.%, and its density is 0.88-0.92; 1-97 wt.% of ethylene copolymer (b) which is 0.05-50 g/10 min in melt flow rate, and 0.85-0.950 g/cm<3> in density; 1-50 wt.% of tackifier (c); and 1-97 wt.% of an hydrogen additive (d) of a block copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound, and a layer B composed of, for example, polyester resin, is orientation treated 1.5 times or over in an areal ratio at least uniaxially.
