PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible circuit element for easily connecting a magnetic rotor and the external circuit of a capacitance substrate or the like by providing input/output terminal electrodes and ground electrodes within the same surface of the magnetic rotor. SOLUTION: Electrodes connected to a center conductor exposed to the side face of the magnetic rotor 11 and rounded from the side face to an upper surface or a lower surface are formed. They are alternately turned the input/ output terminal electrodes 12a-12c and the ground electrodes 13a-13c and all the ground electrodes 13a-13c are connected with each other. At this point, gap parts are provided so as not to short-circuit the input/output terminal electrodes 12a-12c and the ground electrodes 13a-13c. By attaining such an electrode structure, the connection with the external circuit formed on a substrate is performed on the same plane altogether. Also, the magnetic rotor and the substrate are connected by reflow soldering or the like. Thus, work in manufacture is simple and this highly reliable irreversible circuit element is obtained. |
