PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid oxygenic bleaching composition consisting essentially of hydrogen peroxide, having improved preservation stability at high and low temperatures and capable of manifesting a good bleaching ability to clothes. SOLUTION: This liquid oxygenic bleaching composition comprises (a) 1-10 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, (b) 0.5-10 wt.% aromatic compound with added ethylene oxide or propylene oxide of the formula R<1> -O-(R<2> )n (R<3> )m -H [R<1> is an aromatic ring; R<2> is an ethylene oxide addition unit; R<3> is a propylene oxide addition unit; (n) and (m) are each number of 0-10.0, with the proviso that both (n) and (m) are not simultaneously 0], (c) 0.2-10 wt.% mixed surfactant having a mixing ratio of a nonionic surfactant/an anionic surfactant regulated within a range of (1/1)-(10/1), and (d) 0.01-5 wt.% organic sulfonic acid or a salt thereof, and has a pH within a range of 3-7. |
