<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device adaptable to the installation of an elevator wide in depth and width in a hoistway having a long whole length by providing a movable suspension point device fitted with the upper end sections of ropes and capable of being displaced in the horizontal direction near the apex of the hoistway. SOLUTION: A set of a self-propelled winding machine 5 coupled with two ropes 4 fitted with the upper end sections to a movable suspension point device 3 and stretched to the bottom section of a hoistway 1 is fitted to a lift base 6. When the suspension point member 9 of the movable suspension point device 3 is to be displaced in the width direction of the hoistway 1, a transmitter is operated to give instructions to driving means 81a, 81b, and guide rails 8a, 8b are moved while being guided by guide rails 7a, 7b. When the suspension point member 9 is to be displaced to the depth direction of the hoistway 1, instructions are given to driving means 91, 92, and the suspension point member 9 is moved while being guided by the guide rails 8a, 8b. An elevator wide in depth and width can be installed with no trouble via the use of a small and lightweight gondola.</p> |
