PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacture of a decorative sheet equal to a vinyl chloride resin sheet in terms of design, physical properties and processability by a method wherein thermoplastic resin is melted, extruded in the shape of a sheet and formed into a film between an indented pattern shaping roll and an opposed roll whereon a transfer sheet is wound with the pattern layer surface directed outside. SOLUTION: An indented pattern shaping roll 31 is a rotatable cylindrical roll on the surface of which an indented pattern being the inverse of the indented pattern to be formed on the surface of an object decorative sheet 1 is provided. On the opposed surface of an opposed roll 32 disposed opposite to the indented pattern shaping roll 31, a transfer sheet 21 prepared by laminating a pattern layer peelably on the surface of a base sheet 22 is wound with the pattern layer surface directed outside. Thermoplastic resin 20 to constitute a base sheet of the object decorative sheet 1 is extruded in the shape of a sheet, in a heated and melted state, from an extruder 30 and formed into a film. At the same time, the resin is introduced into a gap between the pattern layer surface of the transfer sheet 21 and the indented pattern shaping roll 31 opposite thereto, so as to be shaped. |
