FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automotive industry. Disc brake includes a brake support holder with support surfaces of the brake pad provided with radially oriented and transverse slots. Slots make it possible to insert the brake pad with appropriate ledges on its lateral sides through a hole of the brake support into the radially oriented slots until the ledges of the support plate are levelled with the transverse slot and to move the drive mechanism of the brake beyond the brake pad till setting the brake pad into the working position. In the working position the drive mechanism prevents resetting the brake pad into the radially oriented slots until the drive mechanism is taken away to allow extraction of the brake pad.EFFECT: provided is reduced tensile and bending in the thin area of pads and increased service life of the device.14 cl, 15 dwg
