<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a circuit diagram to be easily viewed and read by executing processing allocated to a command button at the time of detecting a click event corresponding to the command button and changing the property of element information so as to edit a symbol graphic during the preparation of the circuit diagram. SOLUTION: A symbol graphic is specified and element information in the graphic is extracted.
