<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor by pulling out the axle from the bracket and the bearing, making the axle removable from the release or releasably structured face of the bracket, and thereby eliminating the need of greatly lifting the laser cutting device in replacing the bearing of the axle. SOLUTION: The bearing 9a is fitted on both sides of the center of a wheel 9; by inserting a axle 10 into the bearing, it is supported freely rotatably. In addition, the wheel 9 is controlled in the movement in the axial direction by bringing a collar 10b into contact with the bearing 9a. In exchanging the bearing 9a in the laser cutting device so structured, the device is first lifted about a few mm by means of a jack or the like. Then, the shaft cover 10a is removed from the boss 11a, with the axle 10 pulled out of the bracket 11. Then, with the bracket 11 released in the front, the wheel 9 can be taken out from the released face.</p> |
