SUBSTANCE: demulsifying composition may be utilized in oil collection and transport system for pipeline demulsification of oil emulsions and also in oil treatment system for dehydrating and desalting oil while simultaneously inhibiting asphaltene-tar-paraffin deposits. Composition contains 15 to 35% of product of hydroxyalkylation of compound with active hydrogen atom, 5 to 15% of methyldiethylalkoxyammonium methyl sulfate or bis(alkylpolyoxyethylene)phospatoxyphos, and organic solvent.
