Then, the judgment part 11 performs the judgment of the entry of the organism when the amount of displacement of the absolute sensing signal before and after the differential sensing signal where the differential sensing signal exceeding a first threshold is outputted is larger than a second threshold and performs the exit judgment of the organism when the absolute value of the amount of displacement of the absolute sensing signal before and after the updating for the last exit judgment every time when the differential sensing signal exceeding the first threshold is outputted within a specific time after the entry judgment becomes larger than a third threshold.
