The invention concerns a support base (1), in particular for compact disc (5), comprising means for fixing a compact disc (5) by its central aperture and at least a supporting zone (2, 3) to be in contact with part of the compact disc (5), characterised in that: the support base has a cutout defining a single arm (6) capable of elastic deformation under a force of pressure (P) directed towards said support base (1); the arm (6) free end (7) has a push-button (8) made in a single piece; the push-button comprises fixing means combined with centring means (12 or 14); under said force of pressure (P), the push-button (8) passes beneath the compact disc (5) plane, to clear its central aperture; after said force is released, the elastic arm (6) returns to its initial position raising the disc.
