<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very easily obtain a CR composite component having a resistance series to a capacitor by inserting a second Cr electrode layer between a first conductor electrode layer and third electrode layer. SOLUTION: The CR composite electronic component has a dielectric 2, inner electrode layer 3, first electrode layer 4, second electrode layer 5, and third electrode layer 6. The electrode layer 5 provides a resistance depending on the shortest distance d1+d2 between the first and third electrode layers 4, 6 where the second electrode layers 2 are formed at both terminals of this component. After forming the first electrode layer, a Cr layer and Zn oxide layer are formed, and third electrode layer may be provided thereon to form terminal electrodes. The Zn oxide layer is added to the Cr layer to be the second electrode layer, thereby obtaining a component having a more high resistance.</p> |
