FIELD: insecticides. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing an active component based on pyrethroid with chalk and the following the obtained mixture forming. The following pyrethroids are used: alpha-cyano-3- -phenoxybenzyl-1R, 3S-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-chloropropene-1-yl)-cyclopropane carboxylate as a mixture of isomers, or pentafluoro-1R,3S-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-chloropropenyl)-cyclopropane carboxylate as a mixture of isomers, alpha-cyano-3-phenoxy- -benzyl-cis-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane carboxylate, a mixture of (S,1R)- and (R,1S)-isomers. Pyrethroid is dissolved preliminary in a mixture of mineral oil in toluene at ratio cative component : mineral oil = 1:(1-5). Obtained solution is mixed with starch at ratio active component : starch = 1:(20-35). Obtained intermediate concentrate is heated under vacuum at 50 C, not above, up to toluene removal and then mixed with chalk and water to obtain paste-like product. The latter is formed by extruding and a pencil of the following composition is obtained, wt.-%: pyrethroid 0.3-0.5; mineral oil 0.5-2.0; starch 10.0-12.0; chalk - the rest up to 100. Vaseline oil is used as an oil. Invention can be used in sanitary hygiene, medicine and agriculture for control over insects (cockroach, mites).
