PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet excellent in mechanical strength properties such as tensile strength, tear strength and piercing strength, flexibility and weldability by using an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer specified in a melt flow rate, a density, the maximum peak temperature in an endothermic curve, a fraction of n-decane solubles and a flow index. SOLUTION: The ethylene/α-olefin copolymer is a copolymer of ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin desirably having anα-olefin/ethylene molar ratio of 0.005-0.15. Its melt flow rate(MFR) is 0.1-10 g/10 min, and its density (d) is 895-930 kg/m<3> . In an endothermic curve, the temperature (melting point: Tm ( deg.C)) at which the maximum peak stands and the density satisfy the relationship: Tm<0.4×d-244. The fraction of n-decane solubles at room temperature is 3.0 wt.% or below. The flow index [FI (1/sec]] and the MFR satisfy the relationship: FI<150×MFR.
