PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition of a granular bath medicine which enables dissolving of a sufficient amount of carbon dioxide enough to develop effect for promoting the circulation of blood in a short time based on the formulating of a carbonate and an organic acid by incorporating the organic acid and the carbonate in which particles with the size thereof above a specified value exceeds a specified percentage in the composition. SOLUTION: This composition of a granular bath medicine contains an organic acid and a carbonate in which the ratio of particles with the size thereof at least 150μm is at least 50%. When the ratio of the particles with the size of at least 150μm is at least 50%, a larger number of particles exist with the large size, hence requiring more time for dissolving when added to bath hot water and the particles settle down in a bathtub to gradually react with the organic acid already dissolved in the entire area of the bath hot water so that carbon dioxide can be thoroughly dissolved in the bath hot water. The carbonate herein used is, for example, sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium hydrogencarbonate, ammonia carbonate or magnesium carbonate and one or two or more can be used from those mentioned above.
