FIELD: agricultural machine engineering, possibly power and positional adjustment of position of mounted agricultural implements. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes arranged in housing 1 rotary shaft 2 with rotary levers 3,4 fixed to it, position pickup 12 and stopper 36 of limit switch, effort pickup having shackle 11 supported by housing 1 with use of spring 12, coaxial position and effort control levers 30,33 joined by means of balances 26,27 respectively with position pickup 29 and with shackle of effort pickup, hydraulic distributor 5 with slide valve 6 jointly connected with first arm of double-arm pressure lever 17. Spring-loaded rod 19 is secured to second arm of lever 17 and it is connected with summing lever 21. Double-arm pressure lever 17 is mounted with possibility of rotation on rotary shaft 2 and it is provided with member 35 engaging with stopper 36 of limit switch at upper position of rotary levers 3,4. Summing lever 21 is mounted between position and effort control levers 30,33 on their axle 10 and it is provided with two stoppers 22,23 engaging with balances 26,27.
