FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method is intended to measure thickness of layer of pasty or doughy stock on moving surface. Gear to realize method has mobile measurement rollers touching measured layer. Electron sensor records deviation of rollers with movement of surface carrying layer. Signal of sensor is used to determine thickness of layer, to adjust amount of supplied material, pressure, temperature, viscosity of stock and to prevent idle running of rolls of crusher. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of thickness of layer of stock thanks to braking of measurement rollers. 16 cl, 3 dwg |
