METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC POWER ON THE BASIS OF BOREHOLE METHANE SUCTION AND COAL GASIFICATION

FIELD: direct (on sites of coal bedding) production of electric power according to synthesized resource-saving technology in of methane-bearing deposits with power- generating coals. SUBSTANCE: method is accomplished by joint methane suction and borehole hydraulic mining with subsequent gasification of water-coal pulp on the surface and use of producer gas in mixture with methane for generation of electric power on steam-gas plants operating according to combination cycle. Boreholes are used in succession, for non-standard coal reserves inclusive. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of use of thermal energy enclosed in the coal measures of the deposit due to joint use of heat content of methane and producer gas, which are obtained by mine-free method as a result of a single technological process of methane suction and coal gasification; the efficiency of power plant is also enhanced. 4 cl, 3 dwg
