FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic clutch has external housing with eccentric inner cylindrical surface and rotor with spring-loaded blades. blades of rotor are mounted for pressing them to external housing. Rotor is located coaxially relative to housing forming high- and low-pressure zones of working fluid between external housing and rotor. Clutch is also provided with spool valve containing rod and piston. Spool valve is located in inner cylindrical cavity of rotor for disconnection of high- and low-pressure zones. Clutch is also provided with mechanism for retraction and fixation of rotor blades in operative position for reducing the torque being transmitted. This mechanism is made in form of hydraulic drive. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; increased service life of clutch; improved mass and dimensional characteristics; possibility to change sense of shaft rotation. 2 dwg
