PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warm a specific place rapidly and in an intensive manner, by providing a mode which stops at least one of a plurality of indoor fans as an operation mode in an indoor unit which mounts indoor fans in respective ventilation passages leading to a plurality of blow-off openings. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger mounted in an indoor unit 1 comprises an upper heat exchanger portion 19 and a lower heat exchanger portion 22. These heat exchanger portions 19, 22 are disposed in an upper-portion ventilation passage which is located downstream of an air inlet and upstream of upper and lower fans 10, 13. In this case, in a high temperature mode which rapidly warms foot, for example, a two way valve 33 is energized by a control circuit 41 to an open-side by way of a two way valve drive circuit 48. Accordingly, a bypass circuit is formed in the upper heat exchange portion 19, and the heat exchange capacity at the upper heat exchange portion 19 is lowered while the heating ability of the lower heat exchange portion 22 is increased. Simultaneously, a command to stop the operation of the upper fan 10 is given to a fan drive circuit 46, and a command to close the upper louver 7 is given to a louver driver circuit 49. |
