<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver data sent from a mobile terminal to a destination normally even when a sender IP(internet protocol) address of a received IP packet is not in existence in a direction in which the IP packet is received and an IP router having a function of aborting the IP packet is in existence on the IP network. SOLUTION: When a mobile terminal 102 sends an IP packet in a sub network 10 to a data terminal 105, a foreign agent device 107 receives the IP packet and encapsulates the packet with an IP header whose destination IP address an IP address belonging to a sub-network 103 and whose sender IP address is an IP address belonging to a sub-network 104 and sends the resulting packet to an IP network 101. Then a home agent HA device 106 decapsulates the encapsulated IP packet to be received and sends the resulting packet to the IP network 101 again.</p> |
