POLYETHYLENE-BASED RESIN FOR FORMING INFLATION FILM AND INFLATION FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin which gives an inflation film showing excellent balance of properties such as shock resistance, unbiased thickness and the like and improved high speed formability, and an inflation film using the same as base material. SOLUTION: The polyethylene-based resin for forming inflation film has a polydispersity index of 5-32 at 190 deg.C and meets dependenceαof slip velocity on shearing force at 200 deg.C not less than 2.0 or (Vs +η'/500)<105 (where Vs is slip velocity; andη' is melt viscosity). The inflation film is based on polyethylene resin as base material.
