PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and automatically conduct assembling and mounting of polygonal inner frames on the same case manufacturing line, by forming the frames to be mounted at an outer case in a polygonal type of octagonal or more type. SOLUTION: After inner frame forming panels 13b, 13c are bent from a folding line formed as a boundary from an adhesive piece 13a toward upward at 90 degrees or more, a blank is forced into a cylindrical forming die by a mandrel by using a molding machine having the forming die and the mandrel descending from above the forming die, four side plates are erected in a vertical direction to manufacture an outer case. In this case, a protrusion is previously mounted in a height direction of each mandrel side where a firming mandrel is brought into contact with an oblique surface panel 13c of the inner frame forming members for constituting an octagonal shape. And, the protrusion is press bonded to the panel 13c of the inner frame, and folding nature is formed, a rule is engraved or a circular arc state is molded by press bonding the protrusion to the panel. |
