METHOD FOR INTEGRAL MOLDING OF SKIN AND RESIN CORE BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attainment of an integrally molded article being free from creasing and leakage of a resin molding material and excellent in an external appearance, even when the dimensional accuracy of the end edge part of a skin is low or the shape of this part is somewhat deformed. SOLUTION: At the time when a skin 4 which has in the end edge a lateral side part 4b bent and projected in one direction from a surface part 4a and has a turned-up part 4c formed in continuity to the end part of the bent lateral side part 4b and turned up toward the end tool face 3b side of a bottom tool 3 is disposed along a recessed force face 2a of a top force 2 and prescribed injection molding is executed, the bent lateral side part 4b of the skin 4 is held in close contact on the end force face 2b of the top force 2, while the turned-up part having an end edge 4c-e is fitted and held in a recessed part 9 formed on the end tool fade 3b side of the bottom tool 3, according to this method for integral molding of the skin and a resin core body.
