PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet having reduced warpage and good plate properties. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet in which a thermoplastic resin is heated at a temperature of at least the softening point of the resin, made to be penetrated in continuous reinforcing fibers, held between cooling rolls 5, 6 of a pair, pressed, cooled below the softening point, and led to a guide roll 8, the cooling roll 6 of the pair on the side where the sheet is warped along the surface of the guide roll 8, in a place where in the inter-axial distance of the rolls 5, 6, is installed to be shifted by 1-20 mm in the reverse direction to the traveling direction of the sheet. |
