PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the availability factor of a facility, by reducing the number of times of injection of liquid nitrogen. SOLUTION: The lower part of a gas nitrogen discharge pipe 1A which has pierced the ceiling of a liquid nitrogen container 3 is bent horizontally to make a horizontal part 1a, and an auxiliary pipe 1b is hung down from the bottom of the middle of this horizontal part 1a. A specified interval is left between the bottom of this auxiliary pipe 1b and the liquid level of the liquid nitrogen 4 injected into the liquid nitrogen container 3. When replenishing the liquid nitrogen 4, a great part of the gas substance flowing into the gas nitrogen discharge pipe 1A flows in from the end of the horizontal part 1a, and a small quantity of gas substance flows in from the auxiliary pipe 1b high in resistance. |
