CUTTER DISC AND CUTTER BIT FOR SHIELD BORING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of CFRP strands embedded in a novel material shield-cuttable tunnel-wall to be cut as long chips to choke a chamber in a shield boring machine or a mud discharge pump when the novel material shield- cuttable tunnel-wall is bored by a cutter disc of the shield boring machine. SOLUTION: First cutter bits 21 are disposed on plural concentric circles around a rotation center of a cutter disc 11 at a front surface of the cutter disc 11. Second cutter bits 22 are disposed roughly at a center position of width of a circular part between adjacent concentric circles of the plural concentric circles. The first cutter bits 21 and the second cutter bits 22 are protruded from the front surface of the cutter disc 1 in such a way that height of the second cutter bit 22 from the front surface of the cutter disc 11 is lower than height of the first cutter bit 21 from the front surface of the cutter disc 11.
