PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a maximum quantity of hot water by conducting an electric heater in a specified time band. SOLUTION: This electric heater comprises means 26 for determining conduction every time band, a first temperature sensor 16 delivering a signal to a conduction control means 24, a second temperature sensor 18 generating a signal for conducting a lower heater 7 disposed in a hot water storage tank 1 when the time band is not detected and heating up the heater 7 to a set temperature, a third temperature sensor 21 generating a signal for conducting an upper heater 7 disposed in the hot water storage tank 1 when the time band is not detected and heating the water up to a set temperature, and a fourth temperature sensor 22 for detecting the water heated up to the set temperature. |
