摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage a sleeve and a gear without requiring shift operation itself to be repeated from the beginning by once decreasing the torque of pushing the sleeve to the gear side and then again pushing the sleeve to the gear by high torque in the case the sleeve can not be joined to the gear. SOLUTION: In the case shift change failure occurs, shift control is again carried out. In the case a sleeve which is moved in parallel to the axial direction by a shift fork can not be shifted to the right fitting position, the movement torque is temporarily decreased (S40). Then, after a prescribed time is passed (S42), high torque is again applied to try the shift again. In the case the shift change is failed again even if reengagement control is carried out, the clutch is connected. Consequently, reengagement of the sleeve can easily be carried out and moreover, without requiring the shift operation itself to be repeated again from the beginning, the sleeve and the gear can be joined and at the same time continuous heavy load application to the shift change mechanism can be prevented.
