SOLUTION: After a tension material 3 is fixed in the ground at a designated space from a slope, a hole 11 bored in a concrete block 1 is inserted through each tension material 3 projected from the ground surface to arrange the block. The tension applied to the tension material 3 is transmitted to the block head 113, and applied as compressive force to a concrete skeleton 11, and the compressive force applied through a fixing plate 12 is transmitted to concrete in a funnel-like rigid cylinder 2, but as the concrete is restricted in the rigid cylinder 2, the stress is worked in the intersecting direction to the upper side of the rigid cylinder 2 and the side of the rigid cylinder 2. As the punching shearing area 5 and the tensile stress generated in the concrete skeleton 11 counter, so that the strength and throughness of the concrete itself can be increased. |
